Shipping policy

OUR CURRENT TAT IS ALWAYS LISTED IN THE BRIGHT PINK BANNER WITH OUR CURRENT TAT.  BY PLACING AN ORDER YOU AGREE TO THESE TIMES AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.  WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

NO CANCELLATION/NO REFUNDS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS FOR PREORDER ITEMS.

Refunds (if applicable)
We do not offer Refunds/Returns however we also know that there are exceptions to this as well.  If you need to cancel an order, please email us at orders_sbg@outlook.com and we will work through it together   


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus a 10% restocking/processing fee.  

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders_sbg@outlook.com

Shipments marked delivered but not received must be reported within 7 days.  Outside of that window the customer will assume responsibility to report the loss to the appropriate postal service selected.
